[e-book reader] CREMA Pebble Review

Bought an e-book reader, finally.
I had resisted to buy the e-book reader, since I prefer the "paper" books.
However, now I took in the technology.
 

Conclusion First.

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED.

 
But recommanding buying the CREMA Pebble is a different subject.
You should consider several things before buying it.
(※Since this is the only reader I have, I cannot compare with other devices.)
 
Summary
0. So cute.
1. Don't buy the cover case with it.
If you would, fit it after put the film on the reader.
The cover case got stuck. I gave up removing it.
2. Reset to its factory default settings at first.
You have an error with log-in google play store.
(As I know, it had the update about this so you might not have to reset it now.)
3. No Pre-order benefit at all. suckers
4. But being able to read books lying on the bed is soooo comfy.
5. You have various languages in settings.
ex) English, Espanol, Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Thai and etc.
6. But I'm not sure you should stick to this device.

To start with, the reason I bought the device.
After I got a job, I just wanted to find a good reason for being on duty.
Duty...
At work, having breakfast, One of my colleagues had Onix Boox Poke5 out on the table.
At the moment, I knew I want to have it.
 
Looking for the options, I found out people usually buy among three.
CREMA(yes 24) vs BOOX(=Onix) vs Kindle(Amazon).
Onix has a good price and quality -not that bad-.
Because it is made in china, I have to install some Korean patches.
That's so bothering, I just decided not to buy ONIX.
If it were not for the several additory installation,
I would have spent a lot of time choosing between CREMA and Onix.
Kindle is famous in the English spoken countries.
But for me? Korean? Kindle is not the best fit.
 
Actually, I've been concerned to buy the ebook reader or not after the first e-book reader came out.
But I was a poor student lol.
Anyway, I bought the CREMA Pebble with pre-order.
The newest device in Korea.
Compared to the last device CREMA Motif,
the Pebble got 50g(0.11lb) lighter, so 139(0.3lb) now.
1GB more RAM.
and It is now more rounded corners.
That's why it is named "pebble".
But the Pebble has lower battery(1800mAh) than Motif(2000mAh).
Anyting else is almost the same, including price.
Pebble : 219,000 won
Motif : 219,000 won(black), 224,000 won(white)
But why?
Just don't understand.
Sicne when the last one has almost the same price with the latest one?
Since when the world started to sell things in this f**ked-up way?
 
Anyway, the biggest shortcoming is the flip cover case got stuck.
I cut my fingers trying to get rid of it.
And the LCD almost got separated.
and even my friend who bought the jelly case had the same problem.
So, Don't buy the case. -So sure to say this out-
 
I like the fact that I could read the books lying on the couch, bed, anywhere.
The size is so compact.
